Free delivery on orders over KES 6,000, in every zone.
Same-day delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Nairobi time) are delivered the same day, subject to availability. Orders placed after 12:00 noon are delivered the next day.
Availability checks
We confirm every order with our suppliers and check items before dispatch. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you the same day and offer a replacement or a full refund. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
Delivery details
- Our rider will call or message you before arriving. Please keep your phone on.
- Please give a complete address and a nearby landmark.
- If we cannot reach you, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
