We deliver within Nairobi and the surrounding areas listed below. If your area is not listed, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether we can reach you.

Choose the zone that matches your delivery address. The fee for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Free delivery
Orders of KES 6,000 and above, after any discount, qualify for free delivery in all three zones. The free option appears automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.
Same-day delivery
Place your order before 12 noon (East Africa Time) and we aim to deliver it the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon are delivered the next day. Same-day delivery depends on the item being available.
How we prepare your order
Every order is checked by our team before it is sent out to you. We confirm the item, size and condition so that what reaches you is what you ordered.
On delivery day
Our rider will call or message you before arriving. Please keep your phone on and make sure the phone number and address you gave at checkout are correct.
If we cannot reach you
If nobody is available to receive the order, we will try again once on the same or the next day. If we still cannot reach you, we will contact you to agree a new delivery time.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us as soon as possible and follow our Refund and Returns Policy.
